Social & Emotional Development

We not only focus on your child’s traditional education, but we also focus on their emotional and social development. This prepares them for the real world, teaches them how to recognize their emotions and how to appropriately respond to those emotions in a social setting.

A Balanced Approach to Early Learning

Our program covers younger students and encourages their development both in the classroom and as individuals in the outside world, with a strong emphasis on questioning-based learning. The program is a broad and balanced curriculum that promotes self-confidence, encourages curiosity, and develops problem-solving skills through continuous interactive play. We also follow high scope method. This method emphasizes Active Learning through exploring and interacting with materials, nature, peers, and adults.

Curriculum

Empowering Children to Take Ownership of Learning

At the heart of Pioneers Academy approach to early childhood education is Experience Curriculum. For our youngest learners, having their needs met builds the trust that is critical to fostering secure attachments and positive relationships. With Experience Curriculum we intentionally engage young children in language-rich interactions through their daily routines and experiences. Whether during routines or experiences, you can rest assured that your child is getting just what he or she needs.
